Are you a manufacture or trading company?
We were a manufacture since year 2007 , and we have got permit of import and export and has three production buildings.
Can I get sample and how long will it take?
Of course. We can made sample depends on your require for you. Pay us sample cost and shipping cost,once order confirmed,sample cost part will be refunded.Sample lead time:7-10days.
What kind of files do you accept for design art work?
AI,TIFF are the best formats. JPG, PDF, EPS, PSD are also acceptable. But any format of artwork must be 300DPI or above.
How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?
1) We can provide samples and you can choose one or more, and then we make the quality according to that. 2) Send us your samples, and we will make it according to your quality.
What is your production time?
Our production lead time is 40-50 days
What is the payment terms?
T/T: Telegraphic Transfer ( wire transfer ), 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of B/L. L/C: Letter of Credit.
